Liverpool firm to build new 18,000 sq ft base

Specialist Liverpool manufacturer Greenwood Hargreaves is to build a new 18,000 sq ft facility with Greenwood Developments Ltd that will expand its manufacturing by 300%.

Greenwood Hargreaves is the manufacturing arm of Liverpool air-conditioning business Everkool. When the new premises at Bankhall Lane in north Liverpool is complete it will be the new home for both businesses, which are currently based in Bootle.
